Welcome to Elite Aesthetics Guide. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services operated by Elite Aesthetics Guide LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Elite Aesthetics Guide provides a platform for aesthetic professionals to create communities, share content, offer courses, and connect with their audience. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers.

All content on the platform — including courses, posts, videos, protocols, techniques, and community discussions — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only, intended for licensed and qualified professionals. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for formal medical training, professional judgment, manufacturer instructions, or the standards and regulations that apply to your practice. Nothing on the platform creates a doctor-patient, instructor-student, or professional advisory relationship between you and Elite Aesthetics Guide LLC.

We Are a Platform — We Do Not Create, Verify, or Endorse Content

Elite Aesthetics Guide is a neutral hosting platform for third-party content created by independent creators. We do not author, review, fact-check, verify, validate, or endorse any content, credentials, techniques, claims, or opinions shared by creators or users. All content reflects the sole opinions, experience, and representations of the individual creator who posted it, shared entirely of their own volition. We make no representation as to the accuracy, safety, legality, currency, or fitness for any purpose of any content on the platform.

For Licensed Professionals — Your Responsibility

The platform is intended for use by appropriately licensed and qualified aesthetic and medical professionals. You are solely responsible for: (a) verifying that you hold all licenses, certifications, and qualifications required in your jurisdiction; (b) ensuring any technique, product, or protocol you learn about is within your legal scope of practice; (c) independently verifying all information before relying on or applying it; and (d) complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, manufacturer guidance, and standards of care. You must exercise your own independent professional judgment at all times.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on or application of content from the platform is entirely at your own risk and professional discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risk arising from your use of any content, and you release Elite Aesthetics Guide LLC from any liability related to content created by third parties.

3. User Accounts

Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Types

  • User Account: Access to browse and join communities
  • Creator Account: Ability to create communities and monetize content
  • Admin Account: Platform administration privileges

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Spam or harass other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Impersonate another person or entity

5. Content Guidelines

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post.

Prohibited Content

  • Copyright-infringing material
  • Malware or malicious code
  • False or misleading information
  • Adult or explicit content

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Creator Subscriptions

  • Monthly: $100/month
  • Annual: $750/year
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card information. Platform fees may apply to creator earnings.

6A. Creator Representations & Warranties

If you create, publish, or sell content on the platform (a "Creator"), you represent, warrant, and agree that:

  • You hold all licenses, certifications, qualifications, and authority required to teach, demonstrate, or advise on the subject matter of your content in your jurisdiction;
  • Your content is your own original work (or you have all necessary rights to it) and does not infringe any third party's rights;
  • Your content is accurate and truthful to the best of your professional knowledge, and does not contain false, misleading, or unlawful claims;
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards, including those governing medical and aesthetic practice and advertising;
  • You are solely responsible for your content and for any consequences of others relying on it; and
  • You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elite Aesthetics Guide LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your content, your conduct, or your breach of these representations.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without liability, to review, remove, restrict, or take down any content, and to suspend or ban any account, at any time — including content we believe may be unsafe, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Elite Aesthetics Guide platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy of content posted by users
  • Results from using our platform

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Aesthetics Guide LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia, USA, except where prohibited by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
